Registration Policy

Registration is mandatory for all authors and conference participants. Personal badges will be provided during registration desk hours to identify registered participants. Printed receipts for all advance registrations will be available at the conference registration desk.

Thursday, November 29th              : 08:00 – 17:00

Conference Registration Rates and Fees

All registered participants will:

  • be able to attend keynote lectures, plenary talks and technical paper presentation sessions
  • have admissions to conference lunch and mid-session refreshments as scheduled in conference program
  • receive a program book and have access to online conference proceedings.

Each registered participant may upload up to two (2) papers to be considered for publication.

The academic rate applies to full-time academicians or post-doctoral researchers. The student rate applies to registered Bachelor, Master or PhD students. A student who wishes to enjoy the student rate must upload his/her student matric card certified by supervisor.

Cancellation Policy

If an author has uploaded an accepted paper using his/her registration, the registration fee will not be refunded even if the paper is withdrawn or if the author is unable to attend the conference. Other requests for a refund of the registration fee will be processed as follows:

  • Written requests received at least seven (7) working days prior to the commencement of the conference will be fully honored and all registration fee will be refunded, minus 10% administration fee
  • No refunds will be given for requests received within seven working days prior to the commencement of the conference or for a registered participant who does not attend the conference.

  • Excess paper page charges: RM 100 / page
